T/OT Technology Enhancement Program Application

This form closes at midnight on April 30, 2024. Approved rebates will be sent out after the closing date (delivered by June 30, 2024).

DETAILS:

Eligible purchases are those made between July 1, 2023 up to April 30, 2024.
Priority consideration will be given to first time applicants and repeat applicants who have not applied in the last 3 years. Final funding will depend upon the total number of claims received and the amount requested from the $33,000 fund. (If total funding requests from the approved applications exceeds the $33,000 available, all funding will be reduced).
Teachers may request a maximum of $750. (Examples: $400 purchase is eligible for a $400 rebate, $850 purchase is eligible for a $750 rebate).
